The Colombian School of Rehabilitation, in compliance with the General Regime for the Protection of Personal Data (Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and Decree 886 of 2014), informs the owners of the personal data that are currently in their databases , or that in the future will be supplied to it, that it has a manual of policies and procedures designed to guarantee the protection of such data currently housed in the institution's files, as well as those that are collected, stored or used in the future.

The ECR establishes as a policy the proper handling of the personal data of its holders, implementing practices, measures and procedures that guarantee the holders the constitutional right to access, know, update and rectify their personal data, under the principles of legality, purpose , freedom, truthfulness, transparency, restricted circulation, security and confidentiality.

That said, it should be noted that, if one of the registered data holders among the ECR contacts prefers to stop receiving mass mailings from the Institution, they can send an email to the address autoevaluacion@ecr.edu.co.
